Prices

All prices displayed on the site are to be understood without VAT at 22% and expressed in €. The total price resulting at the end of the purchase procedure includes shipping costs.

VAT

Our prices do not include VAT. To purchase and view the catalog prices, you have to register and then wait for authorization from our dedicated office. The purchase on www.centroingrossoshop.com is reserved exclusively for shopkeepers or street vendors with a VAT number.

Guarantee

CIAM guarantees the products to the consumer for 30 days against any manufacturing defect and against any problem related to the raw materials used and declares that the products delivered comply with those present and described in the online catalog.

The technical and functional characteristics, images and photographs of the products on the website www.centroingrossoshop.com correspond to those communicated by the respective manufacturers. CIAM is not responsible for any incompleteness or untruthfulness of such information. The main features of each individual product are described on the product page itself. The customer is required to read the characteristics described, as the products in the catalog may not correspond exactly to the real one, in terms of image and colors due to the browser or the type of monitor used.

CIAM is not responsible for the non-reading by the customer of the characteristics indicated in the catalog. To take advantage of the product guarantee, you have to keep the transport document inside the package (delivered together with the products) and to contact our offices from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.30 am and from 2.30 to 6.00 pm.

The warranty conditions of the products - without prejudice to the rights recognized to the consumer pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 128 and following of the Italian Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005 no. 206 called 'Consumer Code' - run from the date of delivery.

Security of payment

At www.centroingrossoshop.com, each purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems (SSL), relying on VeriSign certificates. The connections are safe and secure as shown by the padlock symbol that appears in the browser and the "https" prefix in the address bar. To protect your credit card purchases, you will always be prompted to enter your CVV code. If you have previously saved a credit card, the CVV code will not be requested during the purchase phase. The saving of credit cards and payments is managed directly by Paypal and CartaSì. CIAM will not be aware of the details of the credit card and will therefore not be able to file or keep them in any way.

Shippings

Shipping time

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 2.00 pm (Italian time - GMT + 1) will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. After this time the shipment will be taken over the next working day. Once the shipment confirmation e-mail is received, orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days (with the exception of some specific areas, for which an extension of these terms is envisaged).

Costs

Shipping costs in Italy are € 9.90 + VAT (islands included) up to € 250 of taxable purchase; beyond this threshold, shipping is free. For sales abroad, the shipping costs are always charged to the customer who must use his/her own carrier/intermediary to manage the transport phases, the related customs clearance and bureaucratic operations; CIAM Srl will supply the goods ex-warehouse as the seller and will not be held responsible for any problems arising from customs clearance and all stages of transport.

Responsible for transport

For the delivery of the goods we use the most important national carriers which will be communicated via e-mail at the time of order confirmation.

Damaged packaging

In the case of goods delivered with visibly damaged packaging, it is advisable to agree with the courier the acceptance of the packages specifying the reason for the goods accepted with reserve in the delivery note to be signed at the time of delivery, to send photos of the damaged packaging both externally and internally.

Failure to deliver

We are not responsible for non-deliveries due to causes attributable to the carrier. In any case, in the event of prepayment of the order and failure to deliver the goods relating to it, you will be reimbursed for the entire amount paid, within 30 days of payment.

Return of goods

You can request the return of the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. The transport cost for the return of faulty, defective, damaged or non-compliant goods is free for the customer. In all other cases, the return of goods is entirely at the customer's expense.

Error On Ordering Goods

Only the goods with undamaged and unlabeled packaging will be collected (within 30 days from the date of purchase) only after approval by our e-shop manager, with your transport document return with reason and reference of the purchase invoice.

International Shipments

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
If the shipment is outside Italy, shipping costs has to be paid by the buyer who has to organize the pick up of the purchased goods with its own courier/intermediate.
CIAM Srl will supply the goods EXW and will not be held responsible for any problems arising from customs clearance or any transportation issue.
The buyer is responsible for all costs and risks in connection with the transportation process, including customs clearance and delivery, and has to retrieve his purchased goods directly from CIAM srl warehouse.
